What’s included : On arrival you will have a safety briefing, before taking to the water. All equipment will be provided. In total the experience will last between two and three hours depending on location. Dry suits and boots are provided. No experience or qualifications are necessary – non-swimmers should advise the instructor at their safety briefing. Please be advised that viewing is not always available for spectators – bring along binoculars as we cannot guarantee that all events will be run close to the shore at certain venues.
