Under the expert guidance of experienced instructors, you'll be introduced to the world of scuba in a safe and controlled environment. After a briefing on theory and gear you'll be using, it's into the pool to put theory into practice and even try a few new diving skills! It's just great fun, for a taster or as a gift for a friend. Location: Norfolk (South East)
What’s included : The experience starts with a short briefing on diving theory and dive equipment, followed by approximately one hour in the pool diving with your instructor. Here you'll go through what you have learned and may even be able to try out some diving skills once you're comfortable. The whole programme lasts around two hours. Everything is provided – all you need to bring is a swimming costume and some enthusiasm. Courses run every Thursday night at local pools.
