Gift Description : Get a taste of the action and put your driving to the test on the battlefield! This superb venue offers a huge range of military vehicle driving, and this experience will get you behind the wheel of an Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC)*, a Bedford Army Lorry, and an army Landrover or Hagglund. Location: Leicestershire (Midlands)
What’s included : On arrival at the venue you will meet your instructor and receive a full safety briefing. You will then be issued with full DPM coveralls and helmet which must be worn at all times. You will be split into groups of around six people and will rotate around the vehicles spending around one hour on each and driving them over the battlefield course. This experience will last around 3.5 hours. *This vehicle (APC) is available April to October only but an alternative armoured vehicle will be offered during the rest of the year.
